Listen to children and young people! – Nordic 0–24

Closing Conference How can we develop a co-ordinated, coherent and relevant range of services for vulnerable children, young people and their families? This question was the basis for the Nordic project “Nordic 0–24: Cross-sectoral co-operation on vulnerable children and young people”. The conference will be an opportunity to share the lessons learned, as well as specific examples from projects in the different countries. The aim is to promote better coordination and ensure that children and young people get the help they need. The project shows that it is vital that children and young people’s own lives are the starting point for the support they receive.
