LIVE from 14:30 on 16 August:

The Nordic countries share the idea that we are close to each other and that it should be simpler to move between the Nordic countries than between other countries.

The Nordic governments have stated that by 2030, the Nordic Region must be the most integrated region in the world, which also extends to the field of education.

Can this vision become a reality? Are exchanges with neighbouring countries seamless? What are the obstacles? And do we have different ideas about how “borderless” we should be in the field of education between countries?

Participants:

  • President, ANSA
  • Anne Borg, Rector, NTNU
  • Himanshu Gulati, FrP, Member of the Education and Research Committee and the Norwegian parliament’s delegation to the Nordic Council
  • Kathrine Kleveland, Sp, Member of Knowledge and Culture Committee in the Norwegian parliament’s delegation to the Nordic Council

Moderator: Stein Kåre Kristiansen

Organisers: ANSA and Info Norden – the information service of the Nordic Council of Ministers
