Affordable and quality childcare is a top Nordic priority. 
Over 95 per cent of all 3-5-year olds in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Iceland are in some form of childcare. It's highly subsidised and available to all children - regardless of finances. 
It's a key reason so many women are in paid employment in Nordic countries.
